What is Wellbeing and Health Coaching Psychology?
A tentative working definition is: Wellbeing and health coaching psychology is the practice of health education within a coaching framework and context underpinned by psychological principles, to enhance the well-being of individuals and to facilitate the achievement of their health-related goals (adapted Palmer, 2012).
